Job Description
- This role is to optimizes PCBA, SMT, and Box Build processes to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize PCBA, SMT & Box Build processes to meet production goals, quality standards, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the assembly process, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in terms of yield, cycle time, and process stability.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by manager.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in process engineering with a focus on PCBA/SMT/Automotive processes.
Preferred Skills
- Skilled in improving PCBA, SMT, and Box Build processes for efficiency and quality.
- Effective in working with design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Proficient in troubleshooting issues and analyzing production data to drive continuous improvement.
