This role involves developing shipping and production plans, adjusting factory capacity, issuing task orders, and supervising production progress to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Based on the production plan and customer order requirements, develop a shipping plan and provide the delivery date of the order to the business department.
Arrange weekly and daily SMT plans and testing plans based on customer needs and
Adjust the production capacity of each factory in a timely manner according to demand and issue production task orders according to the plan.
Supervise the production status of the factory, timely close work orders, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Reasonably control the inventory of finished products and arrange the safety inventory of finished products and materials reasonably.
New product trial production and project switching tracking
Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by manager.
Qualifications Required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven working experience of at least 3 years in production planning or supply chain management.
Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
