Job Description

This role manages SMT and box build production, ensuring efficient processes, high quality, and timely delivery while driving improvements and resolving issues.

Oversee the daily production for SMT and Box build assembly to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Support new product introductions (NPI) by setting up and validating new processes and equipment.
Monitor production data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process and equipment-related issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies, including safety and quality requirements.
Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by manager.

Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
2-7 years of experience in a production engineering role, with a focus on PCBA and SMT processes.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, including lean manufacturing, process optimization, and quality control.
Hands-on experience with SMT equipment and PCBA processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.
