Operate and maintain SMT production lines to ensure efficient manufacturing of high-quality PCB assemblies, while supporting new product introductions and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and adjust SMT and PCBA line equipment (e.g., solder paste printers, pick-and-place, reflow ovens).
Perform product changeovers, including programming, debugging, and adjusting machine parameters.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, electrical/mechanical repairs, and part replacements.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and process issues.
Monitor production quality, perform quality checks, and address Out-of-Control/Out-of-Specification (OOC/OOS) conditions.
Maintain records of equipment settings, production data, and maintenance activities.
Support engineering in process and equipment improvement initiatives.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment (6S standards).
Qualifications Required
Certificate/Diploma in Engineering (Electronics/Mechatronics).
Experience in PCBA manufacturing.
Familiarity with Fuji NXT machines is advantageous.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with SMT equipment (pick-and-place, SPI, reflow ovens).
Basic understanding of solder paste printing and reflow profiling.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOMs.
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards is a plus.
