This role involves fixing defective products, improving testing and yield, analyzing faults, and supporting production with reports and suggestions.
Key Responsibilities
Improve testing capacity and detection rate.
Responsible for repairing and analyzing defective products in product line.
Manage the debug team, achieve the clearance and closure of defective products, and meet the timely closure of production lines.
Provide daily analysis and summary reports to assist the production team in continuously improving product yield.
Participate in batch or abnormal fault analysis, generate failure analysis reports, and share them with the team to improve yield.
Reduce the loss rate of maintenance materials and control the scrap rate of maintenance products to save costs for the company.
Perform component level analysis on the faults that occur and perform system settings on the PCBA.
Assist in improving production yield, lead the analysis of functional defects that occur during the testing phase of products and propose improvement measures.
Propose further improvement suggestions for the product and evaluate whether the improvement plan is reasonable.
Summarize and statistically analyze the test results, track the tests, and provide feedback.
Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by manager.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in testing field with a focus on PCBA/SMT processes.
Preferred Skills
Expertise in fault analysis and PCBA testing to identify and resolve product defects.
Strong data reporting and yield improvement skills to support production efficiency.
Team coordination and cost control abilities to manage debug operations and reduce waste.
