Job Description
- Ensure optimal functionality of testing fixtures and automation equipment through maintenance, debugging, and inventory management.
- Support production efficiency by managing spare parts, fixture upgrades, and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair, upgrade, and maintain testing fixtures.
- Debug, inspect, and perform preventive maintenance on fixtures.
- Manage spare parts (application, storage, inventory, and incoming inspections).
- Oversee warehouse/fixture/consumables/Golden Board management.
- Lead commissioning/acceptance of new fixtures and improvements.
- Maintain fixture maintenance ledger and report abnormalities.
- Conduct 5S/security audits and fixed asset inventories.
Qualifications Required
- Certificate/Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in fixture maintenance/testing environments.
- Experience in handling PCBA & SMT processes is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with automation equipment and PCB testing processes.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters).
- Basic knowledge of SMT/PCBA testing standards.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Understanding of 5S/Lean Manufacturing principles.
